Volume 5 Compilation

I’ve decided to go back and fix all my typos and any translation kinks that were bothering me in volume 5. Shouldn’t take too long. I’ll put them all up as v2s and as volume 5 in a whole zip for those who want either way.

Quick clarification + Haru

Amanchu – Volume 6 Cover (Doesn’t seeing this make you so excited?)

I mentioned in a comment response that we’d rather wait for a tankoubon to be released before scanning Amanchu rather than using low quality magazine scans.

To clear it up, it’s not that we’d completely ignore magazine scans because even those can be cleaned to look really good. It’s also partly because most of the actual complete magazine scans available out there are from chapters 34 and above. Considering that we’re only released up to chapter 30, there really is no point scanlating chapters 34+.

That said, less than a month before volume 6 gets released! ヽ(*´∀｀)ノ I’ll keep a look out after the release date for scans but if anyone finds any first before I do, feel free to mail a URL or the actual scans to AvvenireA@gmail.com!

P.S. Here’s a trailer for an upcoming movie from my (Avvenire) favourite seiyuu. Hikasa Youko. The movie is called Hal (Haru) and it’s due to be released on the 8th of June in cinemas in Japan. Amanchu Volume 6 release date confirmed!

It looks like Amazon just started taking pre-orders for Amanchu’s 6th volume! For the first time, Mag Garden is releasing a limited edition version that will come with two stylish coasters featuring Pikari and Teko (Dotty)! The volume will go on sale on the 10th of May, 2013 so if raws for the magazine scans aren’t online, we’ll just have to wait till May. Assuming someone would upload the volume after release. Upyo~♪

Amanchu Chapter 30

And there we have it, the last chapter of Volume 5. Well then, until some such time that either volume 6 is released or someone magically finds raws of published chapters; it’ll be a while before another Amanchu release. Better savour this as much as you can.

Have no plans to pick up anything else but I’m quite whimsical. Who knows what I might decide to do.

Amanchu Chapter 29

Jyajan! Chapter 29 is now out for your reading pleasure. The next chapter will be the last chapter in Volume 5 which means until the tankoubon is out or if we magically find somewhere that has later chapters, we won’t be able to do much.

I checked the Japanese wiki site and it was mentioned that as of April this year, Amanchu actually went back to being a monthly published manga so there are definitely more chapters than what’s in volume 5. Hopefully, volume 6 doesn’t take too long to get published.
